Can I make a gift package for products purchased through manuatelier.com?
All of our products are thoughtfully packaged in signature Manu Atelier boxes, ensuring they are ideal for gifting. Additionally, we offer the option to include a personalized gift note. Please provide your message at checkout, and we will be happy to include it with your order.
Can I cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item. However, please note that we are unable to add new items to an existing order. If you wish to amend your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team via info@manuatelier.com
Can I exchange my order?
We don’t offer online exchanges on our products. However, we recommend creating a new order with your preferred item and returning your original order in the meantime. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.
What is a pre-order and how does it work on manuatelier.com?
Our pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it officially becomes available. The estimated shipping date is provided on the product page, and once the item arrives, we aim to dispatch it within 1-3 days. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately so you receive them as soon as possible. No additional shipping fees will apply. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from the courier system. Additionally, you can track your order with your order number and your registered email from our website. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped globally directly from our production facility in Istanbul, Turkey and delivered to your address.

Are delivery charges and return costs refundable?
Delivery charges and return costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item, which will be deducted from the refund amount. We will refund the full price of the product, excluding:
The original shipping cost (if applicable)
Any import taxes and duties paid on your behalf (if applicable)
The return shipping fee
Please note that import taxes and duties are non-refundable, as they are determined by local authorities.
Can I ship my order to an alternative address separate from my billing address?
Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to a different address from your billing. Please provide the shipping and billing address information at checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?
An account is required to shop on manuatelier.com. By creating one, you’ll be able to:

How do I open an account?
Simply click "Account" to get started, or save your details during checkout by entering your email address and password. An account offers a secure and seamless shopping experience, allowing you to track your order status and receive updates via email.
I can’t find my email order confirmation. How can I access my order history?
You can access this from your account. Your account stores information such as order history, and your billing and shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
We accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you. All items must be returned in the same condition, new-like, resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including the boxes, dust bags, and shipping boxes) with tags, protective film and protective paper still attached to the hardware as you received. Please note that a return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How do I return an item with manuatelier.com?
To return an order, you can fill out and submit a return form. Once we have received your return request, we will send you a return label and provide instructions for the next steps.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Returns from locations outside of Turkey to our warehouse in Turkey usually take up to 14 business days; however, customs clearance and unforeseen logistics delays may extend this timeframe.
Once we have received your returned item and completed the quality check, the refund may take up to 15 business days to process your refund depending on your bank. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.
Can I return a personalised item?
Any item that is personalised is not eligible for return. These products (when delivered as described and in good condition) cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned after the order has been placed.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions for new customers?
We welcome all our new customers with a one-time discount of 10%. Please apply this discount code at checkout.
Can I use an additional discount code on sale items?
Items on sale cannot be combined with any additional discounts.

Every Manu Atelier product is issued with a product protection and identification card. All use and protection details for the specific item can be found within.

The item I wish to purchase is out of stock. Will it come back into stock? and can I be notified?
We regularly restock our items and can notify you when they become available again. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive restock updates, as well as exclusive previews of upcoming collections and special announcements.
Is there a warranty on my products?
All Manu Atelier products have a 1- year warranty guarantee. We offer repair services for our bags and shoes. If the product is within it’s guarantee period and a repair is possible, the restoration will be carried out free of charge. If you find an issue with your product within the guarantee period, please contact our customer care team who will be able to advise you.
